The BCI is a comprehensive service provider in the workforce development industry, offering a broad spectrum of learning solutions to our customers.  Quality educational standards are our hallmark. With BCI's open enrollment/multi-company training offerings, one or two employees can easily enroll in training without having to close down an entire organization or department to attend.
