Requesting Participation in the "LCC/CTE TOC" Form
Prior to submitting this form, refer to the Process for Requesting Participation in the "LCC/CTE TOC" to better understand the selection process and policies. Upon submission, this form goes directly to your Department Chair. If your Department Chair approves your request, he or she will forward your online submission to the CTE. Once the CTE has obtained the final approved list, you will receive an email from Kendra Taylor, the CTE's Lead Support, approximately two to three weeks prior to the start date of TOC. She will confirm your participation and address next steps.
If you have been approved to take this training, expect an email from the facilitator, Rebecca Lawson, approximately one week prior to the start date to specify next steps.
