Course Management System
Course Start and End Dates Policy
Student Access:
Students will have access to course sites within the Course Management System (CMS) by 8:00AM on the first day of the teaching period in which the course is scheduled in the Student Information System (Banner) for all classes that have a starting time of 8:00AM or later. For classes that have a starting time earlier than 8:00 AM, access will be available at the starting time.
Student access will end two weeks after the last day of the teaching period in which the course is scheduled in the Student Information System (Banner).
Faculty and Staff Access:
Faculty and authorized staff will have access to their course sites for the upcoming semester within the Course Management System (CMS) no later than two weeks prior to the start of the new semester.
Semester course sites will be available within the Course Management System (CMS) for at least one semester after the course end date in the Student Information System (Banner). Exceptions to this policy may be necessary due to system requirements.
