| Classroom Video | Play video to classroom televisions and building lobbies |
| Help Desk | Provide assistance to Media Technology students |
| Telelearning | Tele- and Videoconferences; ITV |
| Engineering Services | |
| Video Engineering | Video support; systems design, and equipment repair |
| Media Engineering | WLNZ-FM, audio systems, other equipment maintenance |
| Media Creation & Design | |
| Audio Services | Provide audio for instruction, advertising and WLNZ-FM |
| Video Production | Produce video for instruction, advertising and LCC-TV |
