Student Life Ombudsman
The Ombudsman assists students with Lansing Community College processes and identification of appropriate departments or programs to effectively address educational issues and concerns.
Students are required to address any academic concerns with the instructor. If the student is not satisfied, then the student will use the formal departmental appeals process and follow up with the appropriate "chairperson" or "lead faculty" of the department, and then the dean of the division involved.
